All you need to do is provide some basic information about you, your property including a property description, and some photo’s. Once you have input this information you simply pay your £89 on-line via our secured service with the HSBC. You can access your details 24/7 and update at anytime.
The process to upload your property details is approx 10 minutes, however, if this isn’t for you why don’t you take advantage of our Optional Additional Services and get our service provider to do this for you. An assessor will make an appointment with you, they can provide you with an EPC, photography, property descriptions, floor plans and virtual tours. These are all provided at very competitive rates and they will even load the details for you!!
Step 2 – Reach over 6 million property searches per month
All our properties are uploaded to the new Google property portal, Fish4, Home.co.uk and Property Direct at no extract cost to you. We are also in talks with 2 additional major property portals and soon your properties will also feature on Facebook and YouTube which have over 50 million users in the UK.
Step 3 – Get ready for viewing
Buyers can either contact you direct via our secured server or you may choose to include your personal contact details, it’s totally up to you. When the buyer makes contact with you it’s your opportunity to ‘qualify them’, you can ask the right questions, for example:-
• Are they in a chain or are they first time buyers?
