Payment TermsPayment is required at the time of listing / advertising your property by credit/debit card. Your property will not appear on our website unless you have paid, therefore they will not be uplifted to any of the additional property portals we work with.
The prices shown on USFORHOMES website are what you pay to advertise your property: there are no hidden costs and all prices are in pounds (£) sterling, inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. All services, prices and terms are for England, Wales and Scotland. USFORHOMES reserve the right to amend pricing or package service content at any time without notice prior to, but not after, acceptance of your order.
USFORHOMES current prices entitles you to advertise your property for sale for the duration of your registration on-line on the USFORHOMES website. Any additional services, relating to the sale, e.g. EPC, Home Reports, Conveyancing etc, are subject to a separate charge direct from that service link provider. You will have the option to renew your advertisement at a reduced price.
Refunds can only be requested within 24 hours of your property being published on USFORHOMES website and you must contact USFORHOMES in writing, in the form of an email (info@usforhomes.com) stating the reason why a refund is sought. Refunds will be at USFORHOMES sole discretion. Note: if a refund is agreed an administration fee of £24.95 will be charged. USFORHOMES only charge for the Private house sale internet advert and no commission directly relating to your house sale is payable by you to USFORHOMES.
When you pay by credit/debit card online USFORHOMES doesn’t store your card details. USFORHOMES use HSBC & RBS WorldPay Card Services to process your payment directly. You will be directed to HSBC & RBS WorldPay Card Services who will process your payment. USFORHOMES is not responsible for taking any payments from your card.
